Pay No Attention to the Man Behind the Curtain

EC EDDIE IS POPULAR AND VERSATILE, AS AN INTERACTIVE AVATAR

EC Eddie

EC Eddie has been an important mascot for Exhibit City News in Las Vegas for more than 10 years

EC Eddie is the man at Exhibit City News' booth at various industry tradeshows over the years, including the Silicon Valley TEN tradeshow held at the Santa Clara Convention Center. He has represented this trade show industry publication for many years now, at parties, tradeshows and special events. During his appearances at the ECN parties in Las Vegas, he represents Publisher Don Svehla. Check out the booth photos above to see how we squeeze into a 10x10, and still leave room for a pop-up display.

Katie and EC Eddie, appearing on the Bubble Screen, (shown from the front - left- and the side - right) manage pretty well in a 10x10 booth complete with a pop-up backdrop and literature table. On the left, you see the projector, speaker and screen on three small stands. Behind the pop-up, Jesch is at the controls of the Digital Puppeteer. And, as the sign says, "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain."

You can take advantage of EC Eddie's ability to fit with the corporate image, complete with customized ballcap and 3D logo, even to the point of giving him a new name and identity. In fact, anything goes, if you want to get creative.

Rex for Dish NetworkMagic MirrorEddie and CHOPS have taken on some new identities recently - and they are exciting! Check out Rex for Dish Network and the virtual "Mirror, Mirror on the Wall" done on the Toon MX system. These are both derivatives of a character we call "Rex," originally adapted from the CHOPS mesh.
