Bollotta Entertainment (Anthony Bottotta - executive producer) was responsible in both the Opening and Closing Sessions, for pulling all the previously secured pieces together - entertainment, special effects, etc.

To do so, he created a script outline and then wrote two complete scripts, paying special attention to how things should work from a timing and theatrical point of view. He also created the video show by working with Johno Wells, graphic artist with RedTimes.com in a directorial capacity, as well as selecting and organizing the music track sequenced to the show.

On site, he directed the show, ran the rehearsals, and oversaw the install of all production elements. For the closing session, he did all this, as well as conceptualize and create the content/show message.

According to Bollotta, "There really are no tricks. Thorough planning and remaining focused on each and every moment of stage activity, with special attention paid to transitions is what it takes. One has to continually think about the show from an audience perspective to make it work."

"If, for example, I surmised that there might be a moment of chaos or a gap in the program within a specific transition, I spend extra time focused on that transition to determine foolproof ways to avoid either chaos or a gap."

"I might accomplish this by adding engaging music, or diverting the audience's attention with another visual, etc."
